Fantastic Facial Brush

Cleanse. Tone. Moisturize. Plus exfoliate at least once a week. These are what we call "The Rules" to skincare.

Exfoliation is one of the most important steps not only because it lifts off dead skin cells and impurities, it also stimulates our skin which results to a healthy glow. While the market is filled with exfoliating creams, washes, masks, and expensive procedures, our Asian neighbors have been using one handy and inexpensive tool for many years. Go to any Asian Dollar store and you'll find a facial brush.

For a skin-smoothing body mask:

  1. Warm a mix of equal parts honey and sesame oil in the microwave.
  2. Exfoliate using a loofah or a bath puff.
  3. After exfoliating, massage the mix into thighs, legs, arms, and tummy with your hands using sweeping, circular movements.
  4. Rinse with warm milk, patting it onto the skin with a soft facecloth.
  5. Shower off any leftover stickiness with warm water—no soap.

For a smooth, blemish-free back:

Slough off dead skin, unplugging blackheads and whiteheads, by gently scrubbing the area with a cleanser that contains salicylic acid, to help kill the bacteria that can cause blemishes.

Ilog Maria Part Two

Guess what arrived by Air21 a few days ago? My Ilog Maria orders that's what! The package arrived just a day after the Ilog Maria people confirmed my order and the receipt of my Gcash payment. How's that for quick service? I'm seriously impressed with how professional the Ilog Maria people are. Kudos to them!
