Totally Charmed with Charm Brush

While the cheapskate in me can't imagine spending a bundle on makeup, I totally see the point in shelling out a little more than average on makeup brushes. Try applying makeup with the wrong brush, or worse, a scratchy brush and you'll get what I mean about investing in good makeup brushes.
Trial Hair and Makeup

When I began searching for wedding suppliers, I was basically meandering about in unknown territory. I knew who the big names were but of course, big names translate to big fees so I had to be more resourceful in looking for my suppliers. But such was not the case with my bridal hair and makeup, from the start, I was more or less decided to get Bambi de la Cruz to glam me up when the big day arrives.
Basic Brushes

I usually look with envy and longing at the fantastic makeup brush collections of the bloggers I stalk follow, but deep in my heart I know that these four brushes are all that I'll ever need for my daily makeup routine.
Trying Out Revlon PhotoReady

*Disclosure: The PhotoReady range was provided by Revlon for review purposes.
I recently got to roadtest the Revlon Photoready range of Makeup, Powder and Translucent Finisher and although I have never liked the feel of liquid foundation, I find that it makes me look too made up, I gave it (and its buddies) a whirl because it was there and the curious kikay in me could not be stopped.
Mario Badescu Eye Make-Up Remover Gel

Check out these Eye Make-Up Remover Gel sample pots I received as gifts with purchase (GWP) from Rustan's when I bought a Mario Badescu toner months ago.
More Cheap Thrills

Cheap thrills are the absolute best. They're fast, cost next to nothing and give you a momentary sugar high-like feeling, but without the inevitable mood crash after gorging on sugar laden goodies.
Today's cheap thrill is a Careline ten eyeshadow palette found in an Ever Bilena stall inside Starmall Las Pinas (the place to be).
