I read about the Dan Kern method a few months back and was skeptical with the thought of smearing a thick layer benzoyl peroxide all over my face, or with benzoyl peroxide for that matter. I've been using benzoyl peroxide for years as a spot treatment and it didn't exactly lead to a flawless complexion. But desperate times (see how desperate I was after the jump) called for drastic action. So if thousands of people swore by the Regimen then that was as good a reason for me to try it out as well.

My skin has been acting up like crazy recently and I've done some damage control by sticking with a strict facial regimen and limiting product testings (hence the lack of product reviews for the past few weeks:p). So far, it seems to be working, the acne have subsided and no fresh ones have surfaced. I'm now down to small bumps and post-acne scars, a vast improvement from the bumper crop I had these past few months.

I know I said I wouldn't try anything new, but Mario Badescu's Special Cleansing Lotion C (Php945) just called out to me. Aside from possibly improving my skin (as testified to by Jennifer Aniston...), I was also gung-ho to finish the Php20,000 Rustan's Frequent Shoppers Promo (FSP) before Rustans phases out the FSP system in favor of the FSP2.
