Big Waves Ahead

I have never understood the Pinay's obsession with long, poker straight hair when long, wavy, beach hair always had more ooomph and sex appeal in my opinion.
After years of wearing my hair short, I finally managed to grow my hair out and with the right cut, my natural waves are making their presence felt.

While I love my hair now, I would love to amp up the wave level even more, kind of like Emily Schuman's loose and big waves.
Rachel Bilson and Jenna Ushkowitz's big, piecy 'dos look effortlessly undone, but probably take lots of work and serious product to achieve.

Or maybe I can go short and wavy ala-Anne Hathaway?

That's why it was pure serendipity when I received the Curly and Bouncy Hairstyle hair mist from Fuwarie Prostyle.

It's a pre-styling treatment that prevents hair burn/ blisters brought about by hair styling tools. It also prevents hair breakage and repairs damaged cuticles to maintain the look of healthy and shiny hair.

Nice to know that I won't fry my hair when I finally decide on which curling iron to buy. And on that note, should I buy this or this?
If you have read this far, congratulations because you could win an Airy Bob Hairstyle hair mist!

Jill, my ultimate dream is a wash and wear long hair, na parang blow-dried lang. I want the blow dry effect after each hair cut. :) But my hair isn't even close.
Hi Jill, I lost track of you and your blogs for sometime and just wondered if you've been visited by the stork already.
Anyways, my dream hairstyle would be black, straight, and long.
But in reality, my hair is best worn in a bun. And I love it!
Hi Jovi,
Nice to see you again on KE :)
I'm now 7 months pregnant, you can read about my pregnancy and parenting related ramblings over at Mom Exchange (http://mom.exchange.ph/)
the epitome of my dream hairstyle is the first picture above.. beach-worthy, effortless waves.. sigh, a girl can dream, yes? :)
My dream hairstyle is the biker chick big sexy curls that doesn't need much maintenance. Just a flip and run through with your fingers then your done. :)
I have 2 dream hairstyles.
When my hair is long, my dream hairstyle would be long beach curls, the wash and wear kind. Hahaha. Minimal styling needed.
and if my hair is short, I want the perfect bob
love this blog .. I've always wanted a wavy / curly hair. that way my hair pins and ribbons may rest in my drawer for sometime while I enjoy my new locks ;)
My dream hair style would be long and wavy like a mermaid's! I've been trying to grow my hair out this year just to achieve this look~
My dream hairstyle would be long wavy hair! :) Btw, I love your hair now Miss Jill, ang haba na! :)
i currently have rei ayanami's hair minus the blue color but i want long wavy hair as well. it's just that humidity loves to mess things up.
My dream hairstyle is having that sexy big curls perfect for the coming season which is summer! having sexy curls is perfect for all special occasion and will never get out of style :)
im an 80s kid and i grew up watching mexicanovelas..i can just imagine myself donning long brown curly hair ala marimar running wild and free "tampisaw-ing" in a dalampasigan waiting for my sergio..and when he arrives ill shout "habulin mo ko.."..a girl can dream right?! :)
Long and wavy like Victoria Secret Models :)
big silky and wavy, with bangs like a korean pop star!
Good day Miss Jill! :)
My dream hairstyle would be a loose wavy locks with bouncy curls for the beach babe summer look! But my hair was so buhaghah and really makapal and stubborn so what I did was I had my hair rebonded so my hair looked really long now (like at the top of my hips) then I'll style it with a curling iron after a month so the treatment would not be ruined.
By the way, the T3 BodyWaver would be awesome instead of the Sultra! The T3 would most likely come up with big loos curls that's really perfect! :) <3
The hairstyle that I would love to have is a long wavy one.
Ang ganda ng hairrrrr and super blooming ka, mommy Jill. :)
I used to covet poker straight hair when I was in college and in my early 20s. When I got older, I learned how to appreciate my poufy curls.
The perfect bob would be great for my features.
Sadly I'd love to try a few girly waves but I don't think it will work with my round face! *sigh*
My dream hairstyle is long and curly ala Anne Curtis or Bea Alonzo. :)
My dream hairstyle will always be Jennifer Aniston's conservative and yet sexy one length hairstyle during the reign of "Friends." Come to think of it, over the years, she just had a variation of that hairstyle and did not really veer from it.
Oh you know what I want. Long and straight. He he he.
My dream hairstyle is long wavy locks that are okay if they seem magulo, and I would love that it's easy to maintain. May ganun ba? Hehe!
My dream hairstyle is semi-wavy hair with bangs that look awesome and don't poke your eyes!
My dream hairstyle is just a simple long straight black hair. Looks very classy and elegant.
i would love to get a curly shag .. but my hair is buhaghag so i let it long na lang to curl it just like Jenna Ushkowitz's .. :D
I'd love to have long, curly ash blonde locks; so far I've got the curls and I'm taking baby steps toward ash blonde (right now it's medium brown; I'd rather not fry my determinedly-black hair with bleach). I load it with enough product to sink a ship, just to keep it soft; but curling irons terrify me. I've only ever used my iron twice, because I couldn't find a good hair protectant!
My dream hairstyle is like Rachel Bilson.I super love her hair that's why I watch heart of dixie religiously.
I always dream of getting that just-rolled-out-of-bed look, but I get the just messy, buhaghag look all the time. Hahaha!
