Ukay Mania at Ukay Manila
Ukay is really no longer just a novelty, these days, it's a veritable fashion statement. Take it from the chic Ukay Manila Girls, Lauren and Liz , who are naturally walking advertisements for fabulous ukay finds and creative styling.

Here are some items that caught my eye from the Ukay Manila Store:

Sadly, those items have already been snapped up by faster shoppers. So if you're really into ukay but don't want to brave the dusty stores, make sure to sign up for Ukay Manila Store's mobile updates or add them up on Facebook or Multiply to be in the loop when it comes to new stocks.
And to reward loyal customers, the Ukay Manila Store has come up with their Day and Night Suki Cards.

The Day Card is what customers receive once they have reached the P2,000 mark. With the Day Card, customers enjoy a 10% discount on all purchases.

The Night Card entitles a customer to a 20% discount, but this will only be given after she has received a Day Card and has accumulated at least P5,000 worth of purchases from the store.
I noticed though that the site loads quite slowly, probably because of the many available stocks, but the end result is more than worth the wait, so it's all good.
*The Ukay Manila Store collections can be seen through their website or their multiply site.

I know another online store with great finds.
Checkout La Maison de V (http://vmaison.blogspot.com http://thehouseofv.multiply.com)
They just launched their vintage-inspired accessories. I love it.
they have very nice ukay finds...
there are also lots of 2nd hand shops and bargain stores here. they're huge, in the two ukay shops i've been to, they had wedding dresses hahaha. the formal dresses and evening wear are very nice. lots of club wear and gym gear. i'll try to post some photos soon :)
