Nothing Ugly About these Step Sisters

By Jillsabs - Posted on 20 August 2009

Step Sisters shoes is the brainchild of Xenia "Lulu" Saldivar and when I saw the collection at the Four Seasons Bazaar in Bellevue, I was floored with how yummy the designs were! And apparently I wasn't the only one impressed with Step Sisters because there was a crowd around the booth eagerly snapping up the pairs.

I really salivated over the Jessica (Php1800) in mustard. I liked the whole gladiator motif and knew instinctively that the wedge height and I would not get along, but nonetheless, ain't they pretty?!

The Hula (Php900) seems more like a practical choice (read: kinder on the knees) and is quirky enough to perk up even the blandest of outfits.

I normally like florals but The Roisin (Php1300) in velvet is a little too much even for me. It reminds me of something a Southern belle would wear with a long and flowy chiffon dress and straw hat (to protect her complexion with). Maybe she'll even have a basket of flowers with her to complete the whole look.

Step Sisters also offers alteration services even for shoes not bought from them. They can line the soles with a special polyurethane material which has excellent shock absorption capability, to make your 4 inch stilettos only killer in looks but not  on your legs. The price is Php500 per pair and you can schedule a pick-up within Metro Manila by calling: (+632) 910-2764.

Feel free to add them up on Facebook and Multiply.
