Shoe Lust

Aside from vanity, my other favorite sin is lust. But rest assured that you won't have to lock your door to read this post because I'm not talking about THAT kind of lust (that's for another site altogether) but of shoe lust. I inadvertently discovered this site a few days ago and promptly fell in lust love with all the pretty pretty [tag]shoes[/tag] for sale.

Admittedly they are very eye-catching pairs, but I still wonder if they are comfortable enough to actually walk in. I've had many disastrous experiences with beautiful pairs which would eventually turn out quite nasty and painful for my poor feet. Needless to say, I've learned my lesson in buying footwear that's why, more often than not, I'm in my trusty [tag]Havaianas[/tag] (a.k.a. over-priced but so worth it slippers). Another thing is that I have wide feet so I have become particular with buying shoes that won't pinch or rub on my not-so-skinny peds. Still, in spite of my precautions, I sometimes end up with a pair that can potentially give me blisters, and to think that I already tried the pair on inside the store. Given all this, I then wonder what my batting average will be in buying shoes online?

Still a girl can dream and, aside from the red pumps with ribbon, I'm also currently drooling over the red striped wedge, although the black striped pair in the background is also not bad. That would be so perfect in jazzing up an otherwise plain outfit.

Has anyone bought a pair from The Purchaser? How was it comfort-wise? Please do share :)
