Makeup Brushes
Someone told me that for a non-pro makeup person (I'm too afraid to say "artiste"!), I have more than enough brushes! Here are most of them:

Flawless Application Brush - I use this for "swirling, tapping and buffing" in my mineral foundation and mineral veil. I love the soft feel of the brush!
Tapered Blush Brush - Helps me apply the blush to the exact place I want it...the apples of my cheeks!
Flathead Shadow Brush - For a while, I wondered what the difference this brush had over the other eyeshadow brushes...but I figured that because it applies the shadow/glimmer/glimpse on the entire eyelid, without leaving a spot untouched. Love this brush because of that and because it's nice and soft as it glides over the lid.
Wet/Dry Brush - I just recently learned how to foil the glimmers of b.e.. This means to wear the shadow wet as opposed to dry. I don't really use this brush often, but when I need that foiled look, this is a great brush!
Full Edged Liner Brush - This brush is a winner! It came with my Retro Lounge Eye kit and does its job PERFECTLY! I get nice sexy eyes in seconds!
Double Ended Shading Brush - This is a great brush as well! It came with the Soho Lounge Eye kit that I got a few weeks back. That little brush on the "other end" helps a lot if you'd like to do a Smokey Eye.
Blending Brush - Ah...another wonder brush! After I apply my medium shadow over my light, I blend, blend, blend and this amazing brush does the trick for me! No lines between the medium and light tones.
Flat Liner Brush - I don't use this so much but got this before the Full-Edged Liner Brush.
Concealer Brush - I have this because Ella said that every makeup kit should have one. =)
I clean my brushes every week to keep them nice and soft. Just mild shampoo (I use the soap of my kids.) and make sure that you hold the handle with the bristles downwards while you wash. I love my brushes, makes me feel pro, even if I'm not! Hahahahahaha!

hi san mo nabili ang mga brushes mo? I want one!
Hi Chinkychinky,
I know Jen bought most of her makeup brushes from Bare Escentuals.
If you want to build up your collection, you may want to try Suesh Brushes or go search for local makeup brush sellers in multiply. Body Shop and Beauty Bar also has great brushes.
Hope this helps!
where did you get each brush from?
[...] To know more about these, here’s the link to her entry about it! Enjoy learning! No Tags Posted in tools, Articles [...]
